Applies to All SearchX-Owned Domains
Refund & Remedies Policy
Last Updated: 19/12/2025
No Refund Policy (Absolute)
SearchX does not provide refunds under any circumstances.
By engaging with SearchX, purchasing services, or submitting payment, you expressly acknowledge and agree that all payments are final, non-refundable, and non-reversible, regardless of:
- Satisfaction with work
- Perceived performance or results
- Changes in business goals or priorities
- Algorithm updates or market conditions
- Delays, strategy pivots, or subjective expectations
This applies to all services, including but not limited to SEO, consulting, content, technical work, website development, retainers, setup fees, deposits, and one-time engagements.
Sole Remedy for Dissatisfaction
If a client deems work to be unsatisfactory, the sole and exclusive remedy available is as follows:
At SearchX’s sole discretion, SearchX may elect to continue working at no additional cost for a reasonable period of time in an effort to address concerns and reach a mutually acceptable solution.
Key clarifications:
- SearchX is not obligated to provide free work
- The scope, duration, and nature of any additional work is determined exclusively by SearchX
- This option does not entitle the client to refunds, credits, chargebacks, or future service guarantees
No Right to Refund, Credit, or Legal Claim
You expressly waive any right to:
- Refunds or partial refunds
- Credits or offsets
- Chargebacks
- Legal claims based on dissatisfaction, expectations, or outcomes
Disagreement with strategy, execution, or results does not constitute breach of contract or grounds for legal action.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- SearchX’s total liability shall never exceed the amount paid to SearchX in the previous 30 days
- SearchX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages
All services are provided on a best-efforts basis, not a guaranteed-results basis.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting SearchX constitutes a material breach of agreement and may result in:
- Immediate service termination
- Collections activity
- Legal enforcement of this policy
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina and resolved exclusively through binding arbitration. Class actions and jury trials are expressly waived.
Policy Applicability
This policy applies to all SearchX-owned or operated domains, brands, proposals, invoices, landing pages, and agreements unless explicitly superseded by a signed written contract.
